New customers have to pay Rs. 500/- refundable security deposit for Lunch Box.
Cut-off time to place/cancel/modify orders is 10:00pm previous day for lunch and 2pm same day for dinner.

Minimum charge per meal is Rs 50 exclusive of delivery charge.
Nirvana Foods reserves the right to cancel/modify the meals. However, we will try to inform you in advance about the same.
Nirvana Foods reserves the right to discontinue the tiffin service of any customer.
Wallet Money will expire if not used within 6 months.

Tiffins will be delivered will be delivered with in 2hours from after food preparation
Delivery charges for lunch and dinner may be applicable in few conditions.
Nirvana Foods delivery partners would drop the customer's meal at the reception / security gate / Common area in case if they are not allowed to enter the building premises.

Meals will be delivered between 11:00 pm to 1:30 pm for lunch and 6:30 – 9:30 pm for dinner.
There will be no lunch or dinner delivery on Public holidays, heavy rains, riots, or in case of natural disasters.
If the food is cooked and due to some circumstances beyond our control like heavy rains or riots, the tiffin will be shared with the underprivileged children and the amount will be non-refundable.
In order to avoid spillage, the meals are cooled down at room temperature and then packed in lunch boxes. Therefore customers may receive food at room temperature. It is recommended that in order to enjoy meals, customers re-heat the food in their own utensils before consumption.
